Jairus has served in the area of Community Development for 17 years. Commencing his work at Emerging Young Leaders Africa, then moved to Emerging Leadership Initiatives, and currently serving at Evangelical Alliance of Kenya, Jairus has made major contributions in enriching the lives of numerous people. He has facilitated many empowerment sessions on various topical issues on personal development.
One of the greatest achievements while at Emerging Young Leaders Africa was coordinating The Step by Step Leadership and Mentorship program for Secondary school students. Step by Step was a program geared towards strengthening academic and coping mechanisms for students as far and values and academics are concerned. This program was aimed at enhancing the competence level of students in a systematic approach.
Jairus holds Degrees in Theology and counseling from Duluth Bible College (Grace International Bible Training Institute), another Degree in Biblical Studies courtesy of International School of Ministry and Visions College. He has a higher diploma in Environmental Science from Sweden and a diploma in Biblical Studies.
He has participated in several international forums and is an esteemed pastor with New Life Church of God Kenya.
