Research shows that children who play more than one sport have more complete physical development, fewer injuries, and are less likely to experience burnout. By developing a wide array of skills and movements, multi-sport play also enhances physical literacy, promoting physical activity participation into adulthood.
But since children are under growing pressure to specialize early in one sport, either by choice or by design, Wellness for Greatness has partnered with 2-4-1 sports to provide opportunities for all children to develop independence, confidence, and fitness through an innovative sport sampling approach.
