Faith Nyambura is a Human resources and Finance professional. She has over 12 years of experience working in Human Resources and Finance functions at Diageo plc, a leading multinational company. Her specialty areas include Analysis and Reporting, Payroll, Employee Benefits, and Compensation management, and Employee wellness. She has been involved in running several successful wellness initiatives which improved overall employee engagement in her team.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Sociology and Business Studies) from Kenyatta University, an MBA (Strategic Management) from USIU. She is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP) and a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), researching employee wellness programs and employee engagement.
She is a wife and mum of 3 and has struggled with pregnancy weight gain and finding work-life balance amid a hectic career. In her pursuit to overcome these challenges, she became passionate about wellness matters (mind, body, spirit, and work) for the modern-day employees who have put career first at the expense of their wellness. She loves running and has run several marathons, Zumba, Yoga, Meditation, and Personal growth.
