Anthony Manyara is a researcher at the MRC/CSO Social and Public Health Sciences Unit, University of Glasgow, and finalizing his PhD at the University of Glasgow which has developed a diabetes prevention theory of change for Nairobi, Kenya. He earned his MSc in Public Health from the University of the West of England, Bristol, and a BSc in Environmental Health from Moi University, Kenya. Prior to joining the University of Glasgow, he worked on research projects at the African Population and Health Research Centre, the University of the West of England, Bristol, KEMRI Wellcome Trust Research Program, and the Aquaya Institute.
